What is Cross Point?

Cross Point is a place where everyone is challenged to love God, love others, and serve the world. The mission of our church is to produce growing disciples for Jesus Christ. And how do we do it? We simply ask you to attend worship, participate in a small group, and serve in a ministry. Together, we can make a difference.

Showcasing the Nearly & Newlywed Small Group

Kyle and Becky Moody lead a growing class of adults known as the Nearly & Newlyweds. They are great teachers who have committed themselves to help young couples grow in their marriages and in their faith in the Lord. They have two daughters, Emily and Savannah, who are active in our student ministry. The Moodys recently returned from a trip to Israel and the Holy Land where Emily had the awesome experience of being baptized in the Jordan River. Kyle is an employee at Robins Air Force Base and Becky works as an attorney. They have been studying the Old Testament book of Daniel and have had many incredible testimonies from the class members on Sunday morning. They have had many relationship building activities outside of class as well. In fact, they are planning a Tennessee rafting trip for late July!

We are so glad to have Kyle and Becky serving in our Small Group Ministry. If you are recently engaged or married, give this class a try…you will be glad you did. They meet in room 239 (upstairs) on Sunday mornings at 9:15.
