At Cross Point, we believe that serious church members participate in the life and activities of our church in the following three areas:

Worship: worship is demonstrating our love for God by praising him and exalting him faithfully at one of our weekly worship services. Be it Sunday morning, Wednesday night, or both, we are convinced that devoted Christ followers should prioritize attending a weekly worship gathering.

Community: community is demonstrating our love for others by getting involved in one of our small groups. In small groups, you can participate in life-changing Bible study, enjoy fellowship and prayer, cultivate meaningful relationships, and provide support and accountability to other believers.

Ministry: ministry is serving the world by taking advantage of any one of the numerous service projects available through the church. Many opportunities exist for you to use your gifts and abilities for the kingdom of God. Whether on the Cross Point campus, or a mission trip on the other side of the world, the point of “ministry” is to share the Gospel of Christ and build disciples devoted to following him.

Therefore, by design, Cross Point is a very simple church. Jesus taught that the whole summary of Scripture could be demonstrated through individuals passionately loving God, and radically giving of themselves to others (see Mark 12:28-31). And the teaching of Jesus and his Gospel is the heartbeat of our church. Through worship, community, and ministry, Cross Point exists to love God, love others, and serve the world.

We believe this is a simple formula for successful church participation. God gave the absolute best when he sent Jesus to pay the penalty of our sins. Likewise, we intend to give ourselves wholeheartedly to the kingdom of God through Cross Point.
